A word from the founder...
Thank you for taking the time to visit Smartex. The concept of building an Executive Information System was born from real experience of how difficult it can be for business owners and executives to run a modern organisation when information is fragmented across manual and disconnected systems.
When insight is scattered, company culture fragments, and real productive work becomes blurred with pseudo-productivity. My goal with Smartex is simple: to join the dots across your organisation and give you and your leadership team a clearer, fully aligned, and healthier way to run your business.
Before we begin, please take a moment to reflect on two quick questions.
Question 1:
Do you sometimes feel that, despite all the data, dashboards, and reports available, it’s still hard to see what is really driving performance, and even harder to stay on top of everything without it draining your energy and focus? (“Analysis paralysis” is a term I often hear.)

Smartex is an Executive Information System designed to strengthen the essentials of modern leadership, the processes that drive performance and the people who bring them to life. Everything you see developing on this website, from the calculators to the insights, is being built by me (and our trusty modern AI companion ChatGPT), from scratch on Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on clarity, wellbeing, and real-world practicality.
Please note that I am currently in the midst of building the live Smartex system. The core platform is scheduled for completion by the end of Q1 2026, with regular updates published along the way, including a live demo showing Smartex working in practice.

Smartiverse is the heart of Smartex; it is the unique Dataverse staging platform that houses Smartex’s EIS and C-suite tools, all of which have been designed and created by our founder to help modern-day businesses map and control their processes, and most importantly to help reduce employee stress within the workplace, thus improving focus and productivity.
